Terms and Conditions

1.1 Site
Personal Services: The Image Consultant shall provide all Services at the customer’s premises, except for “My Colour” (conducted at the Image Consultant’s premises).

Corporate Services: The Image Consultant shall provide all Services at the customer’s premises.

1.2 Fees
All fees will be quoted and sent in writing before Services are provided.

Outside of a radius of 30 miles from the Image Consultant’s location, reasonable travel & accommodation expenses will be payable by the Client.

1.3 Payment
Personal Services:  For the first consultation, the first hour is payable in advance and is non-refundable.  Advance payment is required in order to secure the booking.  The remaining balance for is payable on the day the service is provided.  Payment is accepted by cash or cheque.

Corporate Services:  A deposit of 20% of the total fee, including VAT, is payable in advance.  An invoice for the remaining balance, including VAT and any agreed travel/accommodation expenses, will be delivered on the day the Services are provided.  Payment is due within 30 days of receipt.

1.4 Warranty
The Image Consultant represents and warrants that it will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care.

1.5 Limitation of Liability
Subject to the Client’s obligation to pay the Fees to the Image Consultant, either party’s liability arising directly out of its obligations under this Agreement and every applicable part of it shall be limited in aggregate to the Fees. The Image Consultant assumes no liability due to the quality of items or services purchased for the Client.

The Image Consultant also carries public liability insurance with AXA.

1.6 Term and Termination
Personal Services: If the Client wishes to change a booking, there will be no charge up to a limit of 2 appointment changes, at which point additional charges will be invoiced.  A new booking will be set according to availability of the Client and the Image Consultant.

Personal Services: If the Client cancels a booking, the advance payment will not be refunded.  Cancellations more than 72 hours before the appointed session will not incur an additional charge.  Cancellations less than 72 hours before the appointed session will be invoiced for the full outstanding fee.

Corporate Services: If the Client wishes to change a booking, there will be no charge up to a limit of 2 appointment changes, at which point additional charges will be invoiced.  A new booking will be set according to availability of the Client and the Image Consultant.

Corporate Services: If the Client cancels a booking, the advance payment will not be refunded.  Cancellations more than 7 days before the appointed session will not incur an additional charge.  Cancellations less than 7 days before the appointed session will be invoiced for the full outstanding fee.

Appointment changes by i4image: i4image does not have a policy of appointment cancellations. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a need for i4image to change the appointment, a discount will be offered in order to compensate for the inconvenience.  Specifically for the “Exclusive Italian Shopping Spree” service, i4image will commit to paying any cancellation or change fees incurred as well as a discount on the service provided at a later date.

1.7 Relationship of the Parties
The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Services performed by the Image Consultant, its employees, sub-contractors, or agents shall be as an independent contractor and that nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a partnership, joint venture, or otherwise between the parties.

1.8 Confidentiality
Neither Party will disclose any information of the other which comes into its possession under or in relation to this Agreement and which is of a confidential nature.
